Services: The Energy Resource Center is a non-profit organization that offers free services for income-qualified households. Our mission is to help families make their homes energy efficient, increasing their quality of life while reducing monthly energy bills. Medical Assistance Program

This program provides electric medical rates to customers who:

  • Require the use of medically necessary equipment in their household and/or

  • Have medical conditions requiring air conditioning during the summer billing months

​

Services: Depending on the medical condition of the resident, account-holders may qualify for an electric medical rate for electric costs related to the medical equipment and/or for air conditioning during the summer months.
