This program provides electric medical rates to customers who:

Have medical conditions requiring air conditioning during the summer billing months

Services: Depending on the medical condition of the resident, account-holders may qualify for an electric medical rate for electric costs related to the medical equipment and/or for air conditioning during the summer months.
